Guidecraft Pirate Table Review and Giveaway!!!

For over 40 years, Guidecraft has been creating fine educational toys and furniture. From arts and crafts to developmental toys Guidecraft is sure to impress with over 550 items to choose from! The eco-friendly mama in me loves the natural materials approach, and delights in watching my children play with wooden toys.

You can find their furniture separated into playful collections such as Transportation, Princess, Noah's Ark, and Moon and Stars. We had the pleasure of reviewing a piece from the Pirate collection, which takes little ones on an adventure from high seas to buried treasure. The Pirate table has become a perfect addition to our living room!

This adorable table and 2 chair set measures 21" h x 28" w x 28" l and is the perfect place to do some quiet time reading or coloring. As you can tell, the boys wasted no time getting it out of the box! The table was packaged with care, and was in perfect condition. My husband and the boys put the table together without the use of instructions, however the instructions were very easy to read and follow( I followed along on the couch)! You can also find the assembly instructions online if you needed to!



The quality is outstanding, made from solid wood this table is heavy and very sturdy! No more collapsing plastic chairs or cheap tipping wooden chairs! I have sat with the kids many times at the table, and sturdy they are!! This is definitely a piece that could be handed down for generations and still look brand new!

The high quality does not stop with just the wood, but the paintings are amazing! The top of the table is painted to look like a treasure map, and the boys LOVE the sea dragon! The adorable matching chairs are painted with pirate ships and treasure chests! I find them sitting at the table imagining their were on a real treasure hunt all the time! The attention to detail by Guidecraft designers are impressive. The legs of the table and chairs both have wood turnings to make for a very authentic pirate piece!



My boys have been quite rough with the table, and I have not seen any chipped paint or scratches. The table wipes down easily with a wet towel for those messy moments! Thank you Guidecraft for a product that can withstand the brutal attacks of boys under 5.
