This week was a very busy week for us! The boys had their promotion ceremony this week, and it went so great! We are now "official" homeschoolers as Fast Eddy is now a Kindergartner. It was a very special day for me, my whole family was there to celebrate too!

A few things I had to share with you......
My boys walking their friend into our church for the first time. My boys are bringing people to God....I knew there was a reason we have been so blessed lately!

Yesterday a man was evicted from his home in our neighborhood....another economy causality. They removed every single item from his home and placed it in the street. I sobbed. I know he knew it was coming, but it it still broke my heart. I stood by his belongings ALL day long in the sun waiting for him to get home from work. I schooed away the "vultures", and almost had to call the police because people were trying to take his stuff. I did not want this man who I don't even know, coming home from a long day at work and have absolutely nothing. I knew in my heart that is was the right thing to do.When he arrived home, there were people lined up in front of the pile waiting on the 5 o clock mark. The real estate broker had told everyone at 5:00, they could take whatever they wanted....if they could get through me. He came home at 4:58. He was able to get a uhaul and load most things up but it was a very traumatic event for him. My kindness was rewarded by 3 bags of food, furniture, and lots of other goodies! The Lord is hearing my prayers, and it is making a difference in the people around me. I heard my unsaved husband telling his best friend, about how are prayers are being answered and it amazes him. That right there, is a pure testimony that GOD HEARS MY PRAYERS!!!

God does answer our prayers and bless us when we bless others. I'm sure that man will never forget that kindness on what must have been the toughest day of his life. :(
Praying for your husband. That is so awesome about your boys. What a good mama, neighbor you are!!!!!!
The real estate broker had NO RIGHT to tell people to TAKE HIS STUFF. OH MY GOD. That makes me SO angry. Yes, the bank took his house but NOT his stuff. Too bad they didn't you know, CALL HIM to warn him that they were taking his house that day so he could relocate his furniture and personal items. What were people going to do, go through his photo albums? Absolutely awful. Those people should be ashamed of themselves! What is wrong with people these days?
