I am so excited to kick off my Green Christmas Event with this amazing company. Polar Bear Creations offers Waldorf inspired baby dolls and toys for your little ones. Sue, the owner of Polar Bear Creations makes each and every one of these dolls in her home with natural and inspiring materials. These dolls are meant to inspire imagination for creative play and offer a companion for little ones.

I was over the moon when I open my package to see this darling little Cuddle Baby wrapped up perfectly in tissue paper. With her long red braids and big brown eyes, I knew she would be a perfect match to my own little brown-eyed red head.


Cuddle Babies are perfect for toddlers and young children( boy and girl), and offer a more defined doll to love on. Measuring about 12 inches long, each doll has a soft jersey knit face, 100% cotton body, and is stuffed with 100% natural sheep wool. She also uses red beeswax to create rosy cheeks! All seams are double sewn and since the eyes and mouth are sewn on there are no small pieces for children to choke on. When you order a doll from Polar Bear Creations you are able to customize a doll that fits your little ones. You can choose the eye color, hair color, and fabric design. These dolls are not machine washable due to the wool batting, but can be hand washed with a little bit of wool soap. You can opt for polyfill if you have to have a machine washable dolly. Each doll comes with a washing guide.

When choosing a first baby doll for Lil, I wanted to be sure it was soft and nontoxic so she could bury her face in it and smother it with lots of kisses. Traditional store bought baby dolls have hard bodies and unfortunately are made with a TOXIC chemical called PVC. They are not inspiring, warming, friendly, or safe- and they have lost the ability to inspire imagination. They come with a pull string to talk, a portable potty to pee, and hair that is painted on........where is there room to imagine there? Nothing melts my heart more than to see little children pretending to be little mommys and daddys.
