Earnest Efforts is a U.S.A based company, who have been providing eco friendly baby rattles for over 20 years! Long before green was "in". Made from sustainable harvested wood(some made from driftwood) in Oregon, you will find no plastic or toxic chemicals.

The soft rattle you will hear when baby shakes it is from copper coated steel BB's hidden inside the beautiful wood that is never coated with stain. They use non toxic wood glue to close the wood- and I seriously can not even find the closure point. My husband who works with wood everyday with amazed by the high quality of wood working skills. Every wooden baby rattle is perfectly smooth and treated with Beeswax finish. 100% lead free and phthalate free!

These are simple and yet so incredibly beautiful. When I received our baby rattle is was packaged in 100% recycled shipping package and came with full care instructions. Each rattle comes with a buffing pad to smooth edges over time. I am sure this rattle will take some abuse, as my daughter loves it. Fits perfectly in her hand and mouth- and this mama feels good knowing that no toxic chemicals are part of her playtime. Thanks Earnest Efforts!
