So Blogger officially Stinks!!!!
They have updated their blog template code, and now the comments form is not working. I found this blog, The Real Blogger Status who tells us why this happened and when it will be fixed..........the answer no one knows!!!
If you have tried to comment on any of the last few posts and have been unable too, I apologize. At this time, I will not be tampering with my HTML code in attempts to try to fix the problem. I will wait it out. In the mean time, I have enabled pop up comments which apparently still work. I HATE pops ups but this is the only solution at the moment. If you would like to enter any of the current giveaways, please disable your pop up blocker for this site and enter.

I have found that most of the recent blogger comment problems can be solved by changing you privacy settings to allow all cookies. How to do that depends on your browser.
I should add that that is not something you do, but rather what the commentors need to do.
