Green Christmas Gift Hop~ Information and Sign-up

As you know, Home Grown Families is into 'green,'  We buy green, we be green~ we give it our all.  One thing that especially bothers us, is the plastic junk fest that has become Christmas gift giving.  Did you know that you can be a stylish gift giver and be environmentally responsible, too?  It IS possible!!

So, Home Grown Families and Ali from Just My Everyday Life are teaming up to host the 1st ever Green Christmas Giveaway Hop!!  It's going to be amazing!!

The Hop will run from November 11-18 and packages should have a minimum $25 value.  All packages will include a "green" gift option. 

First an explanation to what constitutes 'green' for this event:

sustainable/eco-friendly/recycled/upcycled products
Mom and Pop businesses
Independent consultants {yes, even if their products are not green}
ETSY {yes, even if the products are not green}
books {we support authors!}

Of course, there are a few guidelines.  We want all the entrants to be happy entrants so here are the guide lines for the Green Christmas Hop.  NO:

CAPTCHA/Word Verification
extra entries for making a purchase
mandatory entries for FB
writing on FB walls
mandatory affiliate llinks
mandatory tool bar downloads
please keep all Hop giveaways down to 2 pages.  Please don't have a person click here for this giveaway then here for early entries, then here for Package 2... etc.

Also, there's something in it for you.  Yes, you!  As bloggers, we put so much work into our giveaways~ tons of work!  Home Grown Families and Just My Everyday Life understands that and we want to reward YOU for your hard work.  So, each blogger will have a chance to win a Grand Prize!  Here is how it works:

If 110 bloggers sign up*, you could win an iPad 2
If 90 bloggers sign up*, you could win a Toshiba Laptop
If 60 bloggers sign up*, you could win a Samsung netbook
If more then 110 people sign up we'll select a second winner.  {Second prize to be determined.}
