As many of you know we recently uprooted from Sunny Florida and moved to South Carolina. My children were devastated to leave their beloved shared bedroom and home. We are just now after 6+ months settling in, and I have promised them I would give them a brand new bedroom- whatever they wanted! After new furniture and bunk-beds it was time to decorate!! Since we have a rental house are options for creativeness are limited........ a painted mural was out of the question and stickers that could peel the paint were out as well. We took a few minutes to clean the walls for better adhesion, and laid out all our stickers. The stickers are very thick and durable, and have a different fabric like texture to them. After all our decision making, the stickers went up and the boys are completely in love with their outer space room! 

While we would love to be able to paint the room a dark blue color to create the sky scene, being in a rental makes us very limited. I think it came out really cute, and for the first time the boys love their new room. Their old room is a thing of the past! The Space theme kit even came with a personalized sticker- the boys say it means they claim SC as their home. I am soo happy they are finally adjusting!
