I am a Chef Boyardee Kid. 100% without a doubt, my bones are made of Beefaroni. It was always my afternoon snack(ya know since lunch in school was like 10:30!). Now as a parent, I serve Chef Boyardee to my kids for lunch BUT now it can be used to make dinner as well! Thanks to Mom Central and Chef Boyardee, I was able to have some friends over and share these great new recipes with them!
First we started off with the right supplies! A great way to get kids to eat the meals you make, is to get them involved in the process! Curious Chef makes a great line of kitchenware for little hands!
Chef Boyardee has just unrolled come great dinner recipes that incorporate their pastas- to make easy quick meals that are healthy and kid friendly! From ravioli lasagna to Taco-roni these meals are perfect for busy moms like us! It was a hard decision on which one to make but I always go for spice! Chili-roni!!
These one is made on the stovetop and in just 25 minutes! The kids were excited to set the timer! What an awesome thing that we can have a healthy mealy ready in just 25 minutes!! A+ Chef Boyardee!
The kids were eager to help out with cooking! All in one pot with minimal prep! This dinner is packed with protein from the beans and healthy lycopene in the tomatoes! Top with cheese for some bonus calcium!
