Home Grown Families is hosting a Twitter Party with Womanly Journey!  We're so excited!!

Womanly Journey is Kristin and her goal of empowering girls and women.

I noticed many women, including myself, suffer from low self esteem, negative self talk, self-defeating behaviors, poor choices, anxiety and depression, to name a few.

It all started with a charm bracelet made for her daughter as a reminder that she didn't need to look outside of herself for answers to life's questions; she wasn't responsible for being anything but her true self.
