The boys talked about what emotion was being shown, what may have been the reason, and how we knew by body language the way they were feeling.
Next, the Fast Eddy decorated paper plates with different emotions. I had to wrote the emotion on the back because his ideas were kind of hard to recognize.
When he was all done with the plates, I asked him a question like “How would you feel if there was a spider on your leg? He would throw a bean bag on the emotion plate that matched his feelings. I thought he would say scared, but no he said HAPPY! He likes bugs!
Bible story: Tower of Babel
I had Fast Eddy learn 5 new things about people. He talks a lot about himself, so we focused on listening to what others have to say. Although, he doesn’t understand it all we talked about the difference between being prideful and humble.
This is our tower of great qualities to have that would make the Lord proud! This is our tower for him!
We talked all week about different languages! We attended our first Spanish Co-op on Wednesday as well! Here are some great printables we used to go along with our Tower of Babel lesson. Color sheet Mini book Songs Map
